Not Hermie - those are early bracts (flowers) that form on the main stem early on. Sometimes they are hermies - thats where hermies form, but you're in the clear so far.
Keep and eye on them.
When I'm trimming up the lower 1/3 of the plant before I go into flower I try and clean all that stuff off low and inside with a clean pair of trimmers. That way there's no hermie surprises.

Looks good my friend.Please tell me this isn’t a hermie now. My plant is beautiful but I have others in there as well!!
