I call it Big Box Organic Soil ... I bought this one at a WM last year.
The price is certainly right! In my region, it is really close to mostly Peat Moss. It makes a good base for building a soil in compost, but it's not really a great soil as it comes out of the bag. But it is better than the "N" hot, crap bug infested MG potting mix sold in most of the Big Box stores. You need to amend it with compost and other organics, and my buckets were very pH stable. Perlite helps too with aeration, but right out of the bag it compacts with every watering. Just my opinion and experience though, maybe someone else has different experiences?
