How Can I Tell When Plants Are Ready?

I purchased some Crop King Seeds, Amnesia Haze, they are coming along great BUT how can I tell when they are ready? They were budding, so I thought but now it looks like the pods on the buds are turning into leaf... Have I left them too long? Also starting to get white everywhere...

Rule of thumb is that when most of the pistils (brown hairs) have turned brown and the trichomes (resin glands) have turned cloudy it's ready to harvest, but I suggest you do some reading here and elsewhere and watch some YouTube videos. The information you need and want is out there in abundance!
