When are my girls done?

I don'thave a fancy camera or scope. How can i know they are ready for harvest. And when do buds fatten up?

You can buy a cheap jewelry Loupe online (I've seen them for $10 or less, as you don't need anything fancy) that will allow you to see the trichs to tell when it is ready, 30x-60x range depending on how good your eyes are. As you might be able to get somewhere in the ballpark going by the Pistils changing color (can be a very wide ballpark), as that can vary on the strain or your growing conditions or the gravitational pull of the Moon as some Strains don't turn the Pistils red/brown at all.
