my 2 cents: depends on all the above and you the grower. you could grow that ten times and have different results unless you really learn the genetics - the needs of the strain you are working with and how it responds to the environmentyou create and interact with. Also the buds will shrink down a lot more than most 1st time growets supect. if anything one should look out for it is impatience and our desire to tend the garden, if the soil is right, environmental correct scene the plant will do as it needs w out you. buy a scope, a usb microscope is great, check for spidermites, check your trichs as harvest approaches >>>check trichs inside the buds NOT the easily seen sugar leaves outside the buds<<< add a week or two to the suggested timeline the seed producers suggested. Trim any fan leave growing in towards the bud development areas or tuck out of the way. simple is best, keep notes so you have a record an understanding of how you got there. lovely color on your plants btw and am excited for you, looks great!

4 week from the date I flipped the lights
You have to wait til after they "button up" (pre-flowers) ...I usually wait till they are the size of my pinky tip, and then it's day one...usually about a week and a half after flipping the switch to 12/12 :thumb::goodluck:

Flowering counts when you have a significant showing of preflowers. There is a stretch period after a change to the flowering light schedule. This usually is between 1-2 weeks then you start counting.

Bud development goes at a pretty measurable pace through most of flowering up to the last few weeks. Then they start to fatten up more noticeably. Most beginning growers pull the plug too soon and harvest before the plants a actually ready. Use a loupe or USB microscope to check for ripeness as mentioned above.
