I am trying to understand what the big deal is for growers to produce the mother if you have a certain strain to prove genetics. Is that the extent of it?
I have grown from seeds. But rather than keep an old girls around, I'd rather put her in flower and take my clones from her when I prune and shape her. So I am thinking if DNA is DNA, there should be anything to vary the outcome of genetics from generation to generation.
Is seed the only superior form of growing? I am 3 generations in and I see no difference from when I first started.
So why the fuss? Can someone tell me if I can go indefinitely with my cloning? Is it REALLY that important to keep my mothers?
And my leaf tips always burn and yellow and end of life. Mine don't stay green and pretty like everyone elses.
