How much will I yield?

Hello, I am trying to figure out the average yield before I starting growing my 2nd grow. I am going to LST my plant and Top it and also use a Scrog.

Information:

-CKS White Cookies
-CKS Durban Poison

-2x2x4 Grow tent

-250w Mh/HPS

-Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil

-Fox Farm nutrients

Please give me a direct answer if possible.

Ok with a 250 watt hid base on approximately 1 g per watt. So I would say between 200 to 250 gr

"carpe diem" and grow to your hearts content
