How soon is too soon?

i am on the west coast of eire,the nights are getting cold,and the storms are gonna start soon too.i am on the last leg of this years crop and was wondering should i just let her grow till winter comes proper?she is budding well and covered in trichs at top.they are there about two weeks now

too soon is too soon.
that plant does not look nearly ready and to be honest winter is going to be bloody freezing and is going to arrive hard and fast this year on the emerald isle.

if i were you i would build a cold box around the plant ASAP and run a heater to it for the nights. one decent frost and its all over my friend.

its too soon to harvest and too late to leave all natural...time to step in and play god with the weather, lol.
