How to identify a strain?

I just want to get a good perpetual grow going, any insights on that?

you cant id a strain. but that doesnt matter as long as its female.
in 08 i grew 2 trees, outside. of an uknow strain. they grw over 12 feet by aug.
14 feet at harvest. i was scared because of the size. and the smell. i was so paranoid. but nothing ever happen and i got 5 lbs. then i started buying known strains. now indoors.

sully508 that's amazing. 5lbs from a tree! Did you get a clone from the outdoor plant or end up letting go of the genetic? What strain did you end up getting for your indoor?

Man do I wish I was into growing back then too..

i ended up letting it go since had no space inside for a plant that grows that tall.
i ended up going with ak 48 and kept growing inside. but its much safer.
i wish i had the land and privacy to grow outside. nothing compares to an outside grow yeild.

i started 2 ice plants, and plan to take clones.
so i have a steady grow of a strain i like.i do bring plants outside on nice days t save some electricty. peace.
