One of the most productive ways to guarantee bigger yields is to top your plant and start training early in vegetation. Regardless of your plants or growing techniques your yields will increase significantly. Lots of good pictures and information on how to do this on this site and the internet.

15+ gallon fabric pots if growing organic.
7 gallon fabric if using coco
About 800 PPFD of light as evenly as possible.
LST plants then put under a SCROG.
Veg until each plant fills at least a 2x2 space with an even canopy which should be about 7 weeks-ish.
That should get you 8+ oz per plant.

Monstercropped clones. Established heavy yielders because you cannot beat genetics. Lots of light. Rich, balanced organic mix. 5 gallon pots or bigger. Drip irrigation.
