What is the best way to increase yields?

Hi I just started my first ever grow a few days ago and I was wondering what the best way to increase yields are by topping, fiming, LST, supercropping or anything else. My plants are auto purple kush and cali kush. What are your suggestions for me?

Topping and training to even out the canopy helps, but by far the number one way to increase yields is to keep them in perfect health from start to finish. If they're not in good health then any other tricks don't matter much.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Hopefully if my plants do well and stay healthy I think I'm probably gonna top a few plants and leave the other plants to grow normally and see the difference in yields
