How to roll a heart shaped joint?

hi guys,
I'm mildly average at rolling and wondered if anyone could help. I came across a picture of a blunt bit it was a heart shaped all the way through... I have scaled the internet trying to find how to do it and this is where I have ended up if any one can help it would be much appreciated.. Picture below gives you guys a rough idea of what i mean.

looks like a blunt that was crimped into the shape? pretty cool all the same!

I've never seen or tried to do this but I would suspect, it was rolled loosely in a blunt wrap and a toothpick or paperclip was used for the indentation while using your finger tips to shape the bottom point...just my observation Peace
