I need help asap

i'm at wits end trying to figure out which light bet suits my need. i only want to grow 1 plant at a time in a space approx.6 ft high by 18 in. deep. plz help, thx.

Most of the growers here recommend either CFL or Metal Halide for veg, and HPS for flowering.

You don't mention the width of your space but you'll want around 50 watts per square foot

I'd suggest you rethink the one at a time strategy, unless a clone it would be a shame to go through all that bother then end up with a male
