I need HELP FAST!

I am growing one plant in a small closet. I've got two 50watt florescent lights on it and aluminum foil on the walls. The plant just came out of the soil. How much light should I give the plant at this stage? 24/7? 18/6? 12/12? I know you guys know more than me so please help! thanks alot

either 24/7 or 18 and 6

^^ correct, 24/7 light and keep the light about 2 inches away from the top of the sprout.

Sorry for all the stupid questions but how long do I keep the 24/7 lighting for?

you can stay on 24 hour light for as long as you want. then switch to 12/12 and it will begin flowering.
