I really messed this one up

So I totally f'ed up and I essentially am wondering if I should just scrap this and start again.

Pre Info:
I have 2 plants at the moment both only weeks old, one is doing very very well except there is a extra leaf or branch growing (featured in another post) however I have one that has been abused since day one with my lack of knowledge in growing and I think it may be beyond repair.

Story:
This seedling was planted with another one that unfortuelty didn't live past the sucker leaves as the seed got stuck and I broke the plant trying to ease the shell off. These were planted in a seedling tray with a heating mat and the temp and humidity were stable. I then got my grow tent and moved her to the tent but there was about a week of very unstable temps and humidity as I was having a hard time balancing everything in the larger space . I am sure this shocked her and then on top of that I was very very unsure of when to water so I think I overwatered. The roots were coming out of the bottom of the small pot I was using so I transplanted into a 5 gallon which was another mistake as she should have either stayed in the small pot for another week or moved to a 1 gallon not 5. Then here is were I really really messed things up and ultimately why I am posting this, I was adjusting the carbon filter positioning when it fell out of the straps and right on top of her essentially squishing her and sinking her deep into the soil. I spend around an hour carfully lifting the soil from the bottom and supporting her back up, she is standing strong but since the incident (3 days ago) serious damage has formed and I'm not sure if it's worth watching her struggle as she is an autoflower and we are already into the 3rd week with now completely halted growth.

Since it's an auto I would cut my losses and move on. Autos don't like stress and I think you gave this one plenty ;) It happens. You're not the first to drop something on the girls. We learn and move on.
