If your trychs look like this
wait till they are Milky and if possible a few trichs amber...
And maybe flush with plain water

yes i do have loup, but it is hard to tell or take pictures in it with the camera. their color are between white to clear. but mostly white

As stated, clear is not what you're looking for. When you say "white" what does that mean in terms of the chart. If it's milky you're within the harvest window but many prefer some amber in there

i'm just between the tricomes half clear to mostly cloudy. maybe i need to way 2-4 more days

Yeah, perhaps a week or more for sure. You'll want them to finish fattening up if they haven't even started that

If you are growing hydroponically, or in coco you should start the flush.

nope, regular grow under LED+HPS in soil. i removed the HPS for now, it is too hot
You should definitely flush or at least switch to water-only for at least a couple weeks imo- to let them burn through all that N and yellow up, and allow the buds to ripen.

thanks, will do. i also gonna turn down the HPS and keep it on led and florocent light. they are way weaker but the HPS is too hot right now
One thing I learned growing is "if you think it's ready for harvest, wait a week". Most of us are impatient when it comes to harvest time but you're better to wait. The buds fatten up in the last week or two. Trichomes change colour and the effect changes based on trichomes. You typically have a window of two weeks or so for harvest so it's not like you gotta get it exact or you missed your chance. Plus when you've grown your plant for like 2-3 months waiting an extra week for that top quality bud is worth it. Don't wanna harvest too soon and decrease your yield or negatively impact the effect, though depending on what effect you're looking for will indicate if you should harvest sooner or later (sooner for head high, later for body stone).
As for the end harvest time, people have already mentioned flushing. Either with plain water or using a flushing agent. Most people seem to wait 7-10 days after first flush before they harvest. And when you dry try to keep air flow near (not directly on) your buds so there's fresh moving air so they hopefully won't mold.
