I'm having trouble designing a drip system

I'm purchasing a 1000w HPS lighting system, and i was having trouble building a good drip system, i'm a poor bastard so i need to go with something cheap. Can anyone help me out?

this is too much of a pain in my ass, i think im just going to go with good old dirt.

thats what i thought when i was moving to hydro but its much cleaner and faster grow and higher yeild i would say just make a bubbler
