A couple of my colas are developing what? I am about a week away from harvest and it seems that it might be developing bud rot? Or?

Outside auto grow. Southwest part of US with 80-85 degree days. Can someone help with this? What should I do if I am only 1 week away from harvest?

Yup, that's budrot, cut it out now and you could harvest in a few days but I would harvest now. It spreads really fast. And most of it, you dont see until after harvest, meaning its starts deep inside the bud. I lost my whole first harvest to it so I feel your pain. Chop her now and be selective, you could save a decent portion.
