Is It Normal? Advice Anyone?

Hey I Was Wondering If It Is Normal For Every Thing I See As..In A Plant,Tree,Grass,Flowers & Even Bushes..I Always Picture As If It Was Weed..For Example: trees,bushes....i just see giant nugs....& for plants i picture....cannabis plant in progress same for grass....or palm tree's ..i see big juicy nugs hanging on top of them...is it normal or i need medical attention?? This usually occurs when am not high...

I have began to see marijuana plants in all plants. I will be driving a long the road and see a big area of plants on the side of the road and think to myself... "Hmmm, what if someone grew marijuana their and all the plants back there were marijuana plants." I sometimes think like people just have marijuana fields on the side of the roads because anything that is green and stocky I think is marijuana.
