Is my plant healthy and on schedule?

It looks really thin and its short because I cut it.. I wanted it short, but more bushy.. First time growing.. Last friday, began to cover the plant at 730pm with a tarp to acheive total darkness. Uncover at 730 am.. Seems to be helping with flowering..

I want to know why it looks so scrawny, does it look healthy, and Right now, the buds are very thin, will this change?
Lastly, how much longer do I have until I can begin the drying process(estimate)..

Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages? Sativa.. Not sure about %..
How Many Plants? One
Is it in Vegetative or Flowering Stage? Flowering Stage
If in Flowering Stage... How Long? Since Early August
Indoor or Outdoor? Outdoor
Soil or Hydro? Soil
If Soil... What is in your Mix? Not sure.. Bought a fruit tree from Nursery. Fruit tree froze and died. Planted DP seed in it around middle of May.
If Soil... What Size Pot? 12" Tall, 14.5" wide.. Circlular
Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many? Sun
Is it Air Cooled? Only by wind..
Temperature of Room/Cabinet? Days Mid to Upper 90s Night time Low to Mid 80s
Any Pests? no
How Often are you Watering? Once or twice week, unless it rains
Type and Strength of Fertilizers used? none

Very hard to tell too much by those pics, but if the plant is green and growing, it's healthy!
