Is this a hermie

Can any one confirm if these are sacks, coz i found some bananas on some of the buds which i removed but its a big plant and cant check every bud for it. what is the solution to the problem. i have 7 other pLANTS flowering in the same area.

If you found nanners on some buds,and like you said,you can't check them all (a daunting task on a plant that size),then you should get that plant far away from the rest.
Here's a pic of a plant that hermied on me-the male flowers can be hard to detect,but if you found some,then there will be more-they ended up being on about half the buds on this plant:
