Is this bud rot?

hi first timer here. all 4 plants grown outisde in post with soil and compost mix. i have a lemon haze in 5th week of flower and noticed a brown, dry area in the bud near the top of the plant. does it look like but rot? (Lemon Haze auto fem from seedsman)

also out of the 4 plants 1 looks to be male (regular not auto or guaranteed female, bought of eBay seller)

but the other two could be female? first of the 2

on these two I had notice the lobster claw of a few nodules at the top of each plant but seem to have fallen off. i would also like to know roughly how long for the auto lemon haze to flower full before I chop it down. I feed the plants with a mix of sheep muck (in a Hessian sack suspended in water) and once a week tomato food npk) and I was told flush with just water for 10days before cutting it down.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looking at the 1st picture, yea, looks like rot. Cut that whole area, take out all dry / necrotic areas, check for any bugs crawling inside.

cheers mate, its near the top and fairly tight, I think some condensation from the green house dropped on it and it's got wet and gone mouldy. it's my first time doin it and I was unsure how long left to leave before I chop it down. I have been studying tricheomes for when to harvest

cheers mate. I just got home and checked it's more on the stem than the bud so should I just leave it as it will be read in about 2 weeks? It's supposed to be lemon haze, I've not been feeding it anything special.

I would cut that whole thing out, since it might keep spreading. Try some h2o2 to wipe that area after as well.

cheers. it's 2/3 the way up the plant and only about a 1inch long. I have trimmed the bad buds out and wiped it down. would you say there's about 2 weeks left of it till I chop it?

Wipe some of the leaves too, not sure but think I see some PM on some. As for how long, hard to tell, just keep checking the trichnomes. I'd say over 2 weeks from the pics.

That looks like a Catapillar entrance. Open it up a little to verify and if you see a dark hole fucking up a small part of the bud. Remove the affect area with cut it out. Then do a Catapillar hunt with your kids a quarter a bug . Also neem oil with citrus is a good weekly spray for outdoors.
