Is this girl ready to harvest

Hi guys. can some one help me and tell me if this girl is ready to harvest please thank you. its been 11 weeks

Most pics show Clear to slightly Cloudy Trichs so not ready. But the pic in the bottom left corner shows ready. It has plenty of Amber. But that's the only pic that looks ready. Are there different plants or all the same plant ?

Same plant but the one with more orange was top buds of plant some were taken from bottom

I've harvested buds that were done before & left the rest to finish up over the next week. If you do a major defol removing a lot of large fan leaves it will finish a little faster. I usually do this when I harvest the finished buds. Pretty much every time I harvest really. Usually outer branches get done 1st & center still has lots of white hair buds. So I cut, hang & dry the outer branches & let the rest go another 7 - 10 days to finish up. But if using a drying rack, paper bag or box method to dry you can just cut off buds & not the whole branch.

PROBLEM IS I only got one drying room which is the grow tent and if I chop buds off I need to keep in darkness..
