Just short of 5 weeka old just wondering whether these look healthy and when to switch to flower. Currently under 2 300w vipar spectra led panels i am looking to add some extra red anyone wanna point me in the right direction something cheap thanks

Your plants are looking good. The determination of when to flip is often related to how much space you have and vertical height. Your plant will at least double in size in stretch after flipping. The longer you go in growth phase the larger and more product you will produce. If you have plenty of height I would wait 2-3 weeks.

For the Red I would do a Google search for - Emerson Effect Booster Board - The company I know of isn't a sponsor so I'm not permitted to reference them here. It sells for about $129 including power supply.
