Lack of tricomes

Hiya..
I've been through various seed banks growing some strains that have been outstanding others not so as I've been trying to dial in environment and not being that experienced ..
I'm not sure weather I've been spoilt with the last few grows with the likes of jh and ww plus alaskan purple but the frosty ness and smell coupled with the oily ness is enough to make you drool..
I'm currently using sensi seeds
White skunk
Sensi skunk on day 56 flower and I've got fantastic looking buds and real wieght to them but the tricomes arnt as in ur face as strains mentioned before..
Has anyone experienced the same with sensi strains?
Have I been spoilt with previous grows??
Do some strains surprise u in the end??

You may have just grew some really frosty genetics previously yes, I don't think I have grown a sensi seed however I always believe you may be surprised at the end.. I almost always am

I'm currently digging out some jars of stuff that weren't as frosty as some ( Jerry Daze music festival this weekend) and I must say I am pleasantly surprised with some of them.
The highs are just as good as a Glue high.
I figure about an ounce over two days might be enough . . . .

I'm concerned that I'm wasting my time with them it's like the tricomes arnt on stalks and there small even under a loupe..I've got some other sensi plants vegging and I'm wondering shall I pull the plug on them ..theres no skunk smell and even when I squeeze a bud theres nothing

Well I'm calmed down somewhat and taken some photos so u see wat I mean about small tricomes but to be fair they are there..
Maybe I jumped the gun wat u think??:reading420magazine::nervous-guy:

They are much too large to give up now. Besides, in the couple of weeks it would take to get seeds to seedlings to replace them they'd be darn close to being finished. Wait 2-3 weeks, pop some different seeds and by the time they'd have to get into a tent these will be ready.
