Leaves are curled downwards and I don't know why

Hi guys so im currently growing crtical kush, and recently in my veg room ive seen plants with their leaves going downwards.. and i dont know what to do anymore.

I would start by realizing that if you give us 5% of the details on your grow then you will get a 5% correct answer. The thread you bypassed on the way to asking your question is down below in my signature there is the link for "How to ask for grow suport". Go read that and come back and add all of the details we need. Looks like some bad watering habits but I'm sure there is more.
