Leaves are curling like taco and stems growing like a spring

my seedlings have enetered veg, they are outside by a creek in the forrest, a rabbit or sumthin dug up my plant, i replanted them and one is now being attacked by bugs and the other had its roots ripped off, it is now 1 week later and the one with the roots off is still living, but now it is kinda droopy and the leaves are folding up like a taco. but the new leaves comming in are fine. what should i do? and how long should i wait to transplant. im a first time grower, didnt think my seeds would actually sprout. please help

its a weed itll grow through about any traumatic experience just keep getting water and nutes to it and youll be rewarded in Oct.

I know a thirteen year old thread but got a good laugh from it. My first suggestion for the op. would be to grab the shot gun and go make rabbit stew.
