LED light question please?

My brain is going to bust from information overload!
I would like to know what the best Led light from to use. My grow tent is rather small at 20"x36"x60" I was also wondering what the max amount of plants i could grow in said space?
My thoughts would be 2 large ones would fit well. I want to make sure I have the right light and the right amount of light for the space. I am sure this has been posted or something like it before. I have looked for some guidelines myself but have become overwhelmed with information overload.

you should be able to fit 2 decent sized plants in there
growing in soil or hydro?
depends on the shape of the led light if you need more than one
you could probably get away with a couple 100 watters or 150 watters one for each plant
but need to make sure the light can veg and flower as a lot of led's now allow you to do so
5 ft is the height my flowering tent is my leds are mounted tight to the top I move my plants up and down
it still gets tight in there but that's with dwc buckets
its a 48 x 48 and ive had one plant take up more than half that space before
but are you doing soil or hydro
hydro plants tend to get a lot bigger a lot quicker

Thank you Chronichemphog for the reply. I am going be using soil for this grow. It has been awhile since i have done any growing and i figure keep it simple. there is less chance for something to go wrong.

yea you could do 2 nice ones just veg as long as you need to get her big
