Lemon Haze autos keep getting taller

My autos keep growing taller and haven't seemed to focus on the budding. I was told to not top autos. How do I get them to stop stretching?

Depends how much light is it getting light might be too far away they stretch to find light.

I was told to bring the lights down but was scared to get light burn. I will lower them. Thank u!

What kind of light hps or led cfl

Led I would go 12in hps 15 to 18 in

CFLs you can go really close or maybe add one or two more on each side for supimental lighting

Did you top it at all ?

You can top Autos, they respond really well to Fimming or Topping. You are probably a bit late to do anything with that plant. I wouldn't worry too much about the plant, just keep feeding the big girl and she will be fine.
