Letting Harlequin plants go longer with more amber?

I have 4 Harlequin plants. 2 bigger plants (mother and a clone) in in 7 and 5 gallon pots and 2 small clones in #1 and #2 plastic pots. They are all outdoors and all near ready. I am thinking of letting the 2 smaller plants go till they have 50% amber. Since these are low THC higher CBD plants what kind of effects will I get if I do that?

The 2 larger plants I want to harvest on time with 5% to 20% amber.

Don’t quote me but I think CBD plants do better with an earlier chop. Hold that thought Jokerola until we get more eyeballs in here! Hey Mr @Patient puffer how about this one? Heck there’s BeanTown help?

CBD strains are harvested when about 60% of hairs are red or orange. From what I gather.
