Light cycle... turning night to day?

recently my work hours have switched and now i work when my lights are off and sleep when they are on...

would it be safe to change my light on hours after 12 hours of darkness.

i am at about day 40 of flower with some nl x bb

Im pretty sure you can switch the cycle by extending the day cycle until you reach the desired start for the new nights.

However there maybe better ways so maybe wait for someone with more exp.

I have done it by running 1 long dark period with no side effects. I never tried to run the lights for a long 2x period.

Yes I would suggest extending the dark period not the light.

I would extend the night to get it where you want. Though I have extended the day on accident a few times. Didn't seem to hurt it much.

For changing the time in flowering, extend the dark period.

For veg, extend the light period.

Just do it all at once, a one time deal isn't going to hurt anything.
