Light Stress Training - LST 101 Autos

Looking for any and all types/procedures for LSTing autoflower plants.. I want to be confident in my LST technique before i try it on a girl.. tent measurements are 36"x20"x62". I'm worried i may run into vertical growth issues due to my minimal height constraints if i don't top and/or LST.

I have a bag seed (supposedly Purple Haze) that has 5-6 nodes on it. Ive grown it to be my franken-plant if u will. To top and LST so i don't fuck up my autos..

What if i let an auto stretch for a week and then start LST? Too much stress? Any diagram or how-to images to get a pinwheel goin?

Ive tried the search, not much out there apparently, then again im on the app so its a diff experience then on the line. LoL! I did find one really really good one with a diagram. Courtesy of PHATBLUNT420

More of a photo plant project but all in all it lays it out. Really lookin for something like this for an auto though. 'Autoflower LST for dummies' i just dont want to waste the time and effort and end up stunting the plant lowering the yield, ya know...? ...
