I just started growing!! I would like to know how much light do I need to give them the leaves open.. growing indoor just about 3 days old. Help

most people keep it on 24/7 if Iam not mistaken.

well since u just started i wouldnt get complicated i would just got to walmart and grab a few flourals . what will u be growin in ... ?
and to start the veg state u can either have the lights on 24 hours a day or 18 on 6 hours off..

my closet...me and my girlfriend are just start 4 plants here is one of them I have one 125 wat floresent light I think that will be good.

rule of thumb when it comes to lighting for grow ops I believe it's 50w per sq. meter.
