Looking for a news article

I've searched all over the internet and 420 Mag forums for this article I saw recently (within the past few days), but I just cannot seem to find it..I even checked every entry in my browser's history and couldn't find it. It was an article that I want to show to my friend who thinks marijuana use is worse for him than alcohol (and he's a freshman in college - a very smart guy, but says he's been drinking a lot already, just a few weeks in).

Anyway, the article was about a woman that was asked to conduct marijuana research in a foreign country (possibly in Africa? I don't remember ), and she found that the natives smoked weed all their life and were very happy and motivated..I might not have found this on the 420 mag forums, but I'm pretty sure I found it here..does it sound familiar to anyone? Sorry about being so ambiguous and random, but I've been looking for over an hour with no progress
