Tried to lst one of the plants using a co hanger.. May or may not have broke the stem. For sure cut one of the leaves and damaged a new growth spot.
Lst Fail? Or Not?

Yea you kinda did fail just make sure the main stemm stays in tact

lst fail yes because lst is low stress so no physical damage.
you can still tie your plant down and your main stem should recover as exile said just make sure it stays in tact.
its just like you did hst and suppercroped the main stem when it recovers you should be left with a big chunky healthy stem

I think you got your answer but yep lst fail hst passed with flying colors. Keep your main stem intact and after the initial slow down from the stress you may well end up with a monster.... Keep the faith....

I would untie it to allow it to recover, then try again in 2 weeks.
