Microscope for phone

Hello I have a microscope i just got for my phone and im having trouble diagnosing my tricombs

Is there a specific lighting that is best? Anyone have experience with these microscopes? These are the best shots i got attached.... looks half milky half clear? Also what is uv light for? Any input is greatly appreciated

I recently bought a usb microscope thst connects to my phone or a computer, it was recommended from a 420 member. I'm enjoying every moment of this. However, not compatible with the iphone
