MK-Ultra Dark Color on bud sites

Hello Fellow Growers,

I am 21 days into flowering and on the second day of flowering I noticed a dark color, purple or black, on leaves where pistils emerge from. As the leaves get larger the dark colors covers parts of the leaves closer to the stem. Can any other grower help me shed some light on this? Is this mold, deficiency, or strain?
