Found the problem. You don't use nutes with fox farm during veg.
It says so right on the bag.
Probably not your fault as I have seen hundreds of threads telling people to use this nute and that nute with FFOF. But it says right on the bag "No need to add nutrients until bloom"

Those tips are pointing down because of too much Nitrogen. Like Jimmy said, no need for nutes if it's in the soil.
