My first grow - I need some advice!

This is my grow room how doea it look what else do I need to make it perfect?

Silvica and indica mix? What's the browning on the leaves dead leaves? And also I'm wondering if it did tht because I start this plant seed in damp paper towels in baggy.

Grow light right kind enough watts? 250w I got it from a farm and home store! It's meant for baby chicks will it still work or should I get a different one and if so what kind? And I need to know a kinda of light for flowering?

That is an tungsten incubator light. It will burn you plants and not produce light in the correct spectra for growing. For a small grow like that CFL's will work fine. Check out my link in my signature for a basic over view of what you need.

What's kinda light should I get? Price I don't want to spend over 80 dollars on a light. What's a cheap good way I don't really want to use house light either? Or do I?
