I will be setting up a 10x10 tent with 24 plants in my garage. I will be purchasing 6 Mars II 1600 Watt LED lights, this decision has already been made so honestly, I am not looking to be dissuaded about using them for whatever reasons. I need to know from people who have used them how they counted the wattage to figure out w/sqft.
Do I understand correctly that once I am flowering I turn off the veg switch so that I am cutting that spectrum out to keep the plants from stretching? Or are you using the whole spectrum for flowering? If I am turning hald the LEDs off am I essentially using an 800 watt light?
I have a buddy who is veging for me, so I am only flowering. I need to figure out if I need to buy more lights. Any advice is appreciated, especially from those who have used this light. Thanks!
