IM thinking of buying a better light setup for my plants My First Grow

Here what i have in mind.

And im also wondering how much plants i can grow with that kind of light.

400W is good for 9-12 sq ft. or 3-4 sq meters. you could pack nine to 12 plants in an area like that and go with SOG sea of green.
