Need help picking a MH Bulb

I am trying to pick a MH bulb. It's my first grow so I did not want to spend a lot of money.
I have decided to go with a Plantmax bulb, but they have 3 models
3000k 68000 lumen
7000k 56000 lumen
2000k 96000 lumen
It's for my Veg phase. Please help me as i have no idea what the difference of these bulbs

Some of those kelvin ratings seem odd for MH. I thought all MH were in the higher end of the spectrum. A 2000K or 3000K would emit more orange/red light colors. A true MH bulb should produce light hues of blue/white like the 7000K bulb.
