When you water, do you water until you get 10 or 20% runoff?

It sounds like everything is good as far as watering,lights,nutes,etc.
Bad genetics is a definite possibility-if your other plant,under the same conditions,is doing fine,
Then there's not much left except genetics,or something infecting it...
I agree with @BeanTownFan420 -keep it away from the other plant,if possible

We got these seeds from Tweeds. Out of 4 this one was the only one that made it.

I don’t know what the deal is. I do know that mine was a mess. Like yours my others were fine, but a different strain. I was going to pull it and germinate another, but it showed me just enough not to. As I said it straightened out eventually and was the largest yield of the 4.
