Need Help

I am a first time medical marijuana grower. I live on the Central Coast of California and we have foggy weather most of the summer. I currently have 4 plants that are generally doing fine. Recently one of the plants has begun to look paler than the others and the leaves are a bit droopy. The others still look great. They started to bud about two weeks ago and I have changed their food to Foxfarms Big Bloom .01-.03-.07. Is this a normal process when going to bud. This is an outdoor grow with the plants in 5 gallon buckets that are buried in the ground. Thanks for any help!

Could be over watered and maybe needs some nitrogen... need to see some pics to say for sure though!
