Need Lightning guidance!

High everyone! I have a Hydro set coming in the mail, and I have yet to decide what lights to use. At first, I was going to go with CFL's all the way, but then thought that HPS would be the best. I am now undecided between the two. Is setting up an HPS light complicated? (the light, socket, ballast...) And how many CFL's would be needed for one plant? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I love me a good fluoro for vegging too. Hps is what I prefer for flowering.

Florescent will be a lot easier to keep cool.

a 400w HPS would rock that box and make serious bud...but will take some cooling... and depending on containers.. you may grow right up to the thing...
