Need recommendations on new lighting

I'm upgrading my old (over 15 yrs) 400w metal halide setup and need recommendations on a new rig. Would like to stay in the 400w range. I have a small growing area (4' x 3') so I'll need concentrated light. Is is worth getting an interchangeable setup, i.e. handles both MH and HPS? Thanks in advance.
