My plant is forming the buds of the bottom still but the stop seems done what do I do

If you are sure the top is done you can cut it off to dry and let the rest of the buds continue to grow/ripen.

I’m just not sure if it going to grow down more , do you got an opinion on that the strain is super lemon haze crossed with og kush I grew it from seed from hermie og I had in the summer and it pollinated my slh

It should continue to grow the lower buds. Will be nice smoke slh x og kush!
