New grower lighting question

Hi guys, So I am new to growing but ie done a ton of research and I think I am ready to go out and get my first lights
I just want to make sure I am not screwing up because I dont have a lot of money so i need to be sure to get good results

after researching here and a couple other places it seems cfl and leds work well together, but i cant afford both, would i be better of with an led light, or like 10 50w cfl blubs?

If you guys could chime in with which is better cfl or leds and guide me to sucess it would be tons of good karma for your spirit

Iv been in the game for a little over a year.
In my 4/2/5 tent, I have a viperspectra par450..addeded a cf grow, 300wt led Cobb..

20? I cant afford 20...
cant i just used the regular leds and not get 20 of the mars lights???

no I havent got nutes yet?
I was going to use organic soil and miracle grow

No miracle grow !!!!
I use kind soil, and organic...
Read up before you start, or things go bad.
I lost my 1st grow, bud rot due to high humidity.

okay cfls arent good i wont buy them
ilike the big high pressure one but, the power and heat worries me, how much power?
my bill is 100-200 a month avg
would it double with the light? triple?

My 450wt led and 300 Cobb, with inlet and outlet ventilation ,tower fan and clip on. My power bill goes up about 35$ a month..if I run dehumidifier ,add another 20$
