Just a bit early my Friend

So should i keep this one out side or bring in and put on a solid 12-12

How tall is it? Anything over 8" for a regular seed is a good time to switch over. If you haven't switched over to 12/12 you won't see the sex for a couple more weeks

It's about 1 foot and a half and it's been outside and other plants are already starting to flower outside is it close enough to 12-12 ouside or shld I bring it in

It's good to flower anytime you like. Just check you local weather and look at what time the sun sets and rises and that'll let you know what the hours are. But if you have room inside. Pull her in and give her 12/12.
