New way of starting my sprouts: new to me

I'm growing hydroponics with feminized autoflower seeds, Lemon Mist OG. I am germinating my sprouts in the aerogarden with aerogarden sponges. Once sprouted and time given to develop a sturdy stock I intend to transplant the aerogarden sponge and sprout into 4 inch rock wool blocks and into clay ball media and simple bucket/basket, air lift water ring system. Has anyone done this procedure of starting their babies and have you been sucessful? My concern is the aerogarden sponges being put into the rock wool, will this work ok? This will be my 4th grow but my first attempt to start my babies this way. (My grows have all been great producers of top shelf weed)

Just be carefull not to overwater has rockwool absorbs lots of water. Drowining could be and issues.. Tho humidity is very important during seedling you musten overlook oxygen.. I i would mosten the rockwool without drenching it and not water it afterward ti root gets well settle into the rockwool..

I would go from sponge to the clay balls. Keep it simple. Maybe a week or two weeks in the aero garden to get the roots started once they’re long enough just put them into the clay pebbles

Thanks, I have thought about this and wondered if just the sponge will provide enough support for the plant as it grows
